Pro Basic shares the exterior design of PRO3, with a more economical control circuit and a more limited feature set. Pro Basic combines daytime, nighttime and 24-hour operation with basic electronic control. It features a four-digit display, a 2-metre wired controller and a low-battery warning. The 2-metre wired controller allows convenient adjustment without standing next to the device. Both models operate on a 12 V, 7 Ah battery and support the optional TRP01 rotating tripod and SP01 solar panel. The battery requires charging; the separately sold solar panel supports charging in the field. Both models have a CR2032 battery on the control circuit board.
